More Amici Curiae in one of the Election Cases

Ohio State Senators Teresa Fedor (Toledo), Ray Miller (Columbus), C.J. Prentiss (Cleveland), and State Representative Mike Mitchell (Columbus) have motioned for leave to join as amici curiae in the memorandum filed yesterday (2-22-05) by Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.) that opposes the action for sanctions against the attorneys who filed protests over the election of Chief Justice Thomas Moyer last November. (04-2106)
